How Our 4 Step Appeal Process Works…

1 Research Your Property
We perform a free market analysis and evaluation of your property to identify potential property tax savings opportunities.

2 File Your Appeal
We build a strong, evidence-based case and handle all appeal filings with the County Assessor and Appeals Board to pursue the maximum property tax reduction obtainable.

3 Attend The Hearing
We represent you at all hearings, present the evidence supporting your appeal, and often battle against the county assessors for the highest possible property tax reduction and refund.

4 Receive Your Reduction
We follow up with all agencies to ensure your property tax reduction and refund are properly processed and successfully issued to you.
Timeframe: The tax appeal process typically takes between 1 and 4 months, depending on the complexity of the case and the county’s workload. However, if an appeal must proceed to a formal hearing before the Assessment Appeals Board, the process can take several additional months. Timing also depends on when the appeal is filed during the filing period. In general, the earlier an appeal is submitted, the sooner it can be reviewed and resolved, often resulting in faster tax savings and refunds.
