Anthony C. Kogak is the Founder and Managing Broker of Property Tax Associates, where he has successfully represented thousands of property owners and completed more than 4,300 property tax appeals over the past 18 years, helping clients save millions of dollars in property taxes.

Prior to founding Property Tax Associates, Mr. Kogak served as Partner and Manager of The Hoffman Group, a leading property tax appeal firm. Earlier in his career, he worked as a commercial real estate broker with Marcus & Millichap, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate brokerage companies.

Mr. Kogak is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with more than 30 years of experience in real estate, valuation, and business consulting. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the prestigious international honor society recognizing academic excellence in business education. He is also an active member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the California Association of Business Brokers.
